Location: North West England, on site 

Contract Type: Permanent, full time

Salary Package: Competitive base salary, Company Van, Overtime & Two volunteer days per year and a competitive benefits package

Hours:  Monday – Friday

Role overview: 

The role of Onsite Support Engineer is essential in providing additional support at Warton and Samlesbury Sites alongside their existing AV Team.  This will include working with the Current Installation team, and alongside the Visavvi Onsite Service and Support team.

The individual will be asked to work as part of the Visavvi On-Site Installation team helping with their requirements. Their expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall Customer experience from their AV Department.

Must live within the Northwest area to ensure prompt arrival and support.

All relevant training & support will be given for this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to deliver AV hardware installations across the client site.
  • Support the Service and Support Teams Support on site.
  • Working in a team of 2 with current on-site Installation team lead.
  • Passionate to learn new skills and develop a career.
  • Delivering a high-quality service experience to users and customers.

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated an interest or experience in AV/VC equipment.
  • Proven practical thinker and good knowledge and experience of using hand tools. 
  • Ability to gain Security Clearance.
  • Must live within the Northwest area.
  • Requirement to work out of hours if required.
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service ensuring a positive and professional experience for customers
