Role: Collaboration Sales Specialist (Commercial)
Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £40,000 - £45,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday. We also offer the opportunity to benefit from a Core Hours arrangement (role-specific), providing flexibility around your personal needs

Role purpose:
This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their collaboration needs, and effectively positioning and selling AV & Collaboration products and services. The Sales Specialist will work closely with prospects, channel partners, and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Skills and experience:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the AV collaboration industry or related technology sector.
- In-depth understanding of AV collaboration solutions, including video conferencing, audio systems, collaboration software and related technologies.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, articulate solution value, and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results orientated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
