Role: Content Creative – Digital Workplace
Location: Based from one of our SCC offices: Birmingham, Bracknell, Livingston, Leeds or London office (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £30,000 - £40,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday.

Role purpose:
The Content Creative is pivotal in creating and maintaining design assets that align with our portfolio, ensuring high quality and consistency. You'll craft visuals, templates and supporting graphics, collaborating closely with teams to deliver compelling visual narratives. Your attention to detail and commitment to brand integrity will elevate user experiences, reinforce our market presence, and drive engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop assets in line with product launches etc.
- Creating design assets for social platforms and website use
- Creating motion graphics for service promotion and supporting the development of case study videos.
- Designing vector artwork based on stakeholder requirements (diagrams, illustrations, icons)
- Building templates and designing collateral such as brochures, product overviews and customer facing PowerPoints.
- Design of internal facing communication, training presentations and videos.
- Management of the Digital Workplace Intranet pages in relation to look and feel.
- Working with the wider SCC creative team to ensure brand guidelines are developed and adhered to.
- Collaborating with the Content Manager to ensure that project timelines are aligned including ownership of the creative backlog.

- An understanding of the application of design across various digital and social platforms.
- Adaptable and a quick learner. Able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity of SCC.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrable experience of devising exciting visual concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
