Role: CRM Operations Support Team Leader
Location: Birmingham (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £30,000 - £32,000 plus large company benefits, bonus, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Role purpose:
The CRM Operations Support Team Leader role will play an important role in monitoring, distributing and analysing the work the CRM Operations Support team do. This requires a motivated and talented individual with a passion for data, and natural leadership skills.
This role provides and assists the data analysis and maintenance within the CRM system, and supports the wider Sales Operations team, assisting in deal registration, organisation allocation, training tools and much more.

Key responsibilities:
- Set up new customers within CRM.
- Data cleansing.
- Deal Registration processing.
- Assisting the internal users with the CRM system.
- Analysing data obtained from the CRM system.
- Work with internal departments.
- Provide other administrative support within Sales Operations Team as required.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritise where required.
- Create reports utilising Power BI.
- Digital Automation Platform – maintain content as required.
- Ensure all procedures are documented and stored in the correct format.
- Raise tickets where relevant with IT.
Skills and experience:
- Competency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience of using a CRM, and proficiency in Excel and Power Bi
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in team management and development.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
