Role: Technology Bar – Team Lead

Location: London (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday

Role purpose:

The Tech Bar Team Leader will play a critical role in delivering an IT service to the client. The Tech Bar is a walk in service, and they will manage and direct a small team who will assist with the delivery of this service.

 The successful candidate with have proven ability to manage a team and the work assigned to them.

Security clearance or willingness to apply will be required for this role.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to cover Tech Bar and Breakfix in a set area.
  • Manage SLA for Incidents and Service requests.
  • Monitor Smart Lockers and maintain stock levels.
  • Schedule Floor walking at designated sites in your area.
  • Stock requests – to maintain stock levels to meet demand for users and requests.
  • Asset Management – maintain asset database is updated with all stock movements.

  • Microsoft Operating systems – WIN11;
  • Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Microsoft Azure Intune portal;
  • Service Now – Incident management;
  • Service Now – Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
  • Samsung Smartphone Enrolment;
  • O2 Business Portal;
