RoleTechnology Bar – Team Lead

Location: London (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Package: competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Role purpose: The Tech Bar Team Leader will play a critical role in delivering an IT service to the client. The Tech Bar is a walk in service, and they will manage and direct a small team who will assist with the delivery of this service. 
 
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to cover Tech Bar and Breakfix in a set area
  • Mange SLA for Incidents and Service requests
  • Monitor Smart Lockers and maintain stock levels
  • Schedule Floor walking at designated sites in your area
  • Stock requests – to maintain stock levels to meet demand for users and requests
  • Asset Management – maintain asset database is updated with all stock movements
Skills and experience:
  • Experience with Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Knowledge of Azure / Intune for device management
  •  Familiarity with ServiceNow (Incidents & CMDB)
  •  Experience with Samsung device enrolment
  •  Ability to use the O2 Business Portal
  •  Ability to lead, support and develop people
  •  Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  •  Confident influencing and collaboration
  •  Openness to change and continuous improvement
  •  Strategic thinking with solid planning and analysis
  •  Performance management and focus on employee experience
  •  Resource planning and competency assessment
