Role purpose:
The Enterprise Service Management Specialist will drive growth of SCC’s Enterprise Service Management proposition, with a focus on ServiceNow, workflow automation and digital transformation.
The role will identify and shape customer opportunities, build pipeline and revenue, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Enterprise Service Management sales plans across new and existing customers.
- Build qualified pipeline and deliver against agreed revenue and gross margin targets.
- Engage CIO, IT and business stakeholders to understand priorities and shape value-led solutions.
- Lead discovery conversations, customer workshops, business cases and executive presentations.
- Act as SCC’s ServiceNow subject matter expert, identifying opportunities across key workflows including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, GRC and AI-enabled automation.
- Work with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Professional Services, ServiceNow and SCC teams to progress opportunities through to successful commercial outcome.Support proposals, commercial negotiations and development of repeatable Enterprise Service Management propositions.
Skills and experience:
Essential
- Proven experience selling Enterprise Service Management, ServiceNow, digital workflow or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and relevant workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps or GRC.
- Track record of building pipeline, winning complex opportunities and achieving commercial targets.
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and creating value propositions, business cases and presentations.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an IT reseller, MSP, systems integrator, consultancy or software vendor environment.
Desirable
- ServiceNow accreditations or certifications.
- Experience selling professional or managed services.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow automation, IT operations or service management best practice.
